Closed Circle was founded by two active, licensed real estate professionals in Florida who were tired of watching great agents lose hours — and sometimes deals — to paperwork. We built the coordination service we wished we'd had.

Our founders' backgrounds cover residential sales, team leadership, mortgage lending and underwriting. That means we don't just track dates — we understand why a deadline matters, what an underwriter is going to ask for, and where files usually get stuck.
Tested on real files before we opened the doors
Before launching this platform, we ran our coordination service and back office for a full year on live transactions with working agents. Every step of our process — from contract intake to the final clean file — was refined on real closings, not in theory.
